I am currently involved in on-site software development.
My work primarily includes modifying existing systems and implementing new features, using Java as the main programming language.
- Motivation and Sense of Achievement

I previously worked in a completely different industry, but since joining this company, I’ve found a strong sense of fulfilment in developing systems by myself.
It is especially rewarding when a product I developed is launched to the public as part of a new project.
- Future Goals and Career Vision

Although I currently have limited opportunities to interact directly with clients, I aim to gradually build experience and eventually be able to communicate with them firsthand.
At present, I often work independently at client sites, but my long-term goal is to work in a team environment and be someone who can support others.
While I frequently use Java, I also plan to expand my technical skill set by learning additional backend languages as well as front-end technologies.

Every winter, I organize a snowboarding trip for colleagues.
Participation is optional, and this year (2025), about 17 of us rented cars and travelled to Niigata for the event.

- Currently, I am involved in the maintenance and improvement of logistics systems.
- Motivation and Sense of Achievement

I enjoy the moment when I’m able to do something I couldn’t do before.
Although I haven’t yet experienced creating a new function entirely from scratch, I learn a lot every day by looking at code written by others and realizing, “Oh, so this is how it should be structured.”
In my previous job, I often repeated clerical tasks, but after joining this company and studying IT skills, I find it exciting and rewarding to discover something new every day.
- Future Goals and Career Vision

Currently, I often create functions by referring to existing source code. However, in future, I would like to come up with my own ideas and actively develop new code and functions.
Right now, I’m focused on feature development, but I also want to start preparing for certification exams. I've received a lot of support in my work so far, so I want to continue growing and replay the favour through my contributions in development.

- I am involved in the maintenance and development of an inventory management system. For developing web application, I use JAVA. I also manage the ledgers. We have developed our own unique language for the handhelds (terminals that can scan barcodes).
- Motivation and Sense of Achievement

I get excited when I face difficult situations where I’m not sure if I can solve a problem using my technical skills. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I am able to resolve such problems.
Since I want to create things that make the world more convenient, I’m happy when I can develop something that improves business operations.
- Future Goals and Career Vision
- My immediate goal is to gain experience as a team leader.
By understanding the perspective behind a leader’s decisions and instructions, I hope to grow both as a team member and as a leader.

On my days off, I developed a game as an Android app over the course of about a month.
I was also curious about how chat AIs work, so I created a web application that enables chat functionality.
Since I enjoy exploring how things work, I want to continue personal development projects to keep growing my skills.
